Welcome, Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) is headquartered in Wooster, Ohio in the heart of downtown Wooster. We offer many programs to help you find a home. WMHA partners with several local agencies to help and assist families with housing and support services within Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland Counties. WMHA provides stable, decent, safe and affordable housing to low and moderate-income families and individuals.
